BLS Instructor Essentials Package

The BLS Instructor Essentials Package is taught in a blended-learning format. To become an AHA BLS Instructor, candidates must complete the online portions, followed by the hands-on session, which is classroom based. Candidates can also request to meet over zoom call, as long as they have required materials on hand. The online portion of the course contains both core content and discipline-specific modules to prepare the instructor candidates. The hands-on session, or zoom-call session, includes instruction, practice, and monitoring, allowing instructor candidates to successfully use their instructor materials and skills.

Package includes online training, instructor manual, course videos on USB, hands-on training, and a 2 year instructor certification

Part One: The two online portions of the course contain both core content and discipline-specific modules to prepare you.
Part Two: The hands-on or virtual skills session, includes instruction, practice, and monitoring, allowing you to successfully use your instructor materials and teaching skills. In the classroom, our faculty will continue preparing instructor candidates to become AHA instructors by focusing on the in-depth material about the BLS discipline that candidates will be teaching.
